Quantum The South Tower is reaching its pinnacle and the official topping-off in February is fast approaching! The main roof level and mechanical penthouse levels are assembled and the windows are installed up to the 28th floor. Interiors are underway on Levels 6 through 12, as suites are taking shape with steel studs, mechanical and electrical rough-ins, “board, tape & sand” (gypsum board installation), priming and spray-texturing of ceilings.
